1 ½ cups unsweetened corn or bran flakes
½ cup egg substitute
For topping:
1 ¾ cups fresh blueberries (can be frozen)
⅓ cup sugar substitute
1 tsp vanilla

½ tsp salt
½ cup sugar-free maple syrup
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
To prepare the topping, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
